■ 课程背景:
一方面,全球主要的PC厂商及其售后支持服务商每年都需要大量的PC技术支持工程师。另一方面,PC技术是每一个IT行业从业人员都必须掌握的技术。

■ 课程简介:
本课程针对美国CompTIA A+ PC工程师国际认证考试标准设计,并采用 Element K 开发的最新版 CompTIA A+ 教材。课程帮助学生掌握个人电脑硬件及操作系统的安装、设置、升级、维护、排错技巧。同时本课程已经列入“上海市信息专业技术人才知识更新工程”。参加本课程培训并取得CompTIA A+认证的,将有机会进入中国惠普、联想、IBM蓝色快车、海尔等知名企业工作。

■ 谁应当参加?
• 目前正在从事PC安装维护工作的技术人员,如计算机售前、售后服务工程师。
• 在中小企业从事网络和系统管理工作的技术人员,如系统管理员、网络管理员、网络工程师。
• 计算机应用类专业大学生,希望进入惠普、联想等知名企业工作或应聘PC维护技术岗位的。

■ 预备知识:
• 计算机相关专业专科以上学历,或
• 已经有1年以上个人电脑安装维护或DIY经验的。
