This two-day introductory WordPress class is for users who need to create content on or manage WordPress sites . This WordPress course starts at the foundation level, teaching the processes from setup, adding content including text as well as images and also multimedia. Formatting and organizing content, and creating links are also covered. The course also teaches adding pages as well as the process for allowing for user-generated content via comments if desired. Fundamentals of administration of a WordPress site are also covered, with discussion of user roles, adding users, and settings. This WordPress course is useful for those with no previous WordPress training who may already be working in WordPress as well as those just starting with WordPress. Whether you have been given a WordPress site to manage or are looking to understand best practices after learning on-your-own, this WordPress class is the place to start. This regularly scheduled public WordPress course is offered monthly with a live instructor in our classrooms, with the instructor in the same classroom.
